Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward mails from one email mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just choose the e-mailbox you want to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
