Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you total control over your email box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward e-mails from one email box to another, activate email filters, create autoresponders and defend your email mailbox accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mail accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just choose the mailbox account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
